Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between Business Standard and Business Premium?
Business Standard includes Office applications, email and Teams. Business Premium adds a complete security and device management layer, including endpoint protection, centralised device management and advanced identity controls. It is the difference between equipping your teams and protecting your business.
Is there a user limit?
Yes. The Business range, including Business Premium, is limited to 300 users. Beyond that, organisations need to move to Enterprise licences (E3, E5). We help you plan and manage this transition if your growth requires it.
Is Copilot included with Business Premium?
Not with the standard subscription. Copilot is available either as an add-on or as part of a bundled “Business Premium with Copilot” offering. Terms and pricing change regularly, so we review the available options with you to determine what is genuinely relevant to your needs.
Can you migrate from another email platform?
Yes. We support the migration of mailboxes, contacts and calendars from most existing environments, with a planned cutover designed to minimise service disruption.
How long does it take to deploy Microsoft 365?
The technical deployment itself can be completed within a matter of days. The real challenge lies in the organisation: document structure, sharing policies, security settings and user training. For a complete and well-managed deployment, allow a few weeks.
Who manages security on a day-to-day basis?
You, or us. DBE can take responsibility for the initial configuration of security policies, device fleet management and alert monitoring, or train your IT team to handle these tasks independently.
What support does DBE provide after deployment?
Qualiopi-certified training, support through the client portal, regular licence reviews, and guidance to help you adopt new features released by Microsoft.
